The French Quarter is filled with cast iron. Some of the pieces are horizontal in orientation, some vertical. We chose to make a vertical piece that we find on many blocks in Quarter. We designed this from the house across from our first shop in the French Quarter hence the title 817. Lucky for us it is on the house across the street from our present Quarter shop on Royal.
