If you are ever dissatisfied with your online purchase please contact us so we can offer you a replacement, or store credit. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Customers should request a return authorization number from Fleur D" Orleans.com through email or telephone, before returning items to us. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.  Return/exchange items must be returned through a delivery carrier that can trace the shipment; all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns sent COD will be refused.

If you are in New Orleans please visit our Magazine Street Shop, with any item you are unhappy with. Merchandise will be replaced, repaired, or exchanged for an item of equal value, at our discretion. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
