The design of these sterling silver Fleur de Lis earrings was inspired by a design on flags flown by French kings in the 1750's-- a design also often seen on flags flying in front of homes in New Orleans.  A very similar design is seen on the facade of the old Western Union Building, in downtown New Orleans. This piece of Fleur de Lis Jewelry is inspired by the design heritage of New Orleans
